  • Capacity: 8 oz / 240 ml (Perfect for a 2 oz pour with a large ice cube)
  • Note: As a natural, handcrafted product, each cup has a unique grain pattern. No two are exactly alike.

Care Guide: Read This to Prevent Damage

  • ✅ HAND WASH ONLY
    Gently rinse with warm water (light soap is okay) and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
  • ❌ NO DISHWASHER
    The high heat and harsh detergent will destroy the wood, causing it to crack.
  • ❌ NO SOAKING
    Do not let your cup soak in the sink or leave liquid in it overnight. This will warp the wood and lead to leaks.
  • ❌ NO MICROWAVE / FREEZER
    Extreme temperature changes will crack the wood. For cold drinks, add ice—do not chill the cup itself.

Orders placed after Dec 1- 11th are Pre-Orders for the New Year. Orders placed before Dec 11th are processing now. We are working 24/7 to get them out!

RESTOCKING FEES & RETURN CONDITION
To ensure the quality of our products for all customers, Osene adheres to strict return standards:

  • Original Condition: Items returned in new, unopened, and original condition will receive a refund with restocking fees.
  • Opened or Used: Items returned with signs of use, opened packaging, or missing parts are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
  • Refused Deliveries: Orders that are "Refused" or "Returned to Sender" without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and logistics costs.

  • 24-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
